Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Uniryze platform accessible at uniryze.com ("Platform"), operated by Uniryze ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Uniryze. Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

1. Our Services

Uniryze is a holistic wellness platform that provides:

  • Structured yoga therapy and wellness programs for women, starting with PCOS
  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance tailored to your health condition
  • Access to certified, hyperlocal wellness instructors in Bangalore
  • Health assessments and personalized program recommendations
  • Educational content on PCOS and women's wellness
  • Community support and progress tracking

Our Services are currently available in Bangalore, India. Online Services may be available to users across India. We reserve the right to expand, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform and Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian
  • Be capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Not have been previously suspended or removed from our Platform

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user at our sole discretion without providing reasons.

3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To access certain features of our Platform, you will need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Logging out of your account after each session

You may not create more than one account. You may not transfer or sell your account to any other person. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. Program Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

By enrolling in a Uniryze program, you agree to attend sessions as scheduled and follow the program guidelines provided by your instructor. Programs are available in limited batch sizes and spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pricing

Program fees are displayed on the Platform at the time of enrollment. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by third parties.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of enrollment and are program-specific. Generally:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before program start — full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before program start — no refund
  • No-shows — no refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Uniryze provides structured wellness programs guided by certified instructors. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our programs are wellness and lifestyle programs, not medical treatment
  • You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any wellness program, especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition
  • Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific health outcomes
  • You are responsible for providing accurate health information to your instructor
  • You should immediately inform your instructor of any discomfort, pain, or adverse reaction during sessions
  • Uniryze instructors are wellness professionals, not licensed medical practitioners

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on our Platform or Services for urgent medical assistance.

6. User Conduct

By using our Platform, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any instructor, staff member, or other user
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our written permission
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Upload or transmit any harmful software or malicious code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, program materials, and software — is the property of Uniryze and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Sell, license, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by Uniryze without any obligation to compensate you.

8. Instructor Conduct and Relationship

Uniryze works with certified wellness instructors to deliver programs. You acknowledge that:

  • Instructors are independent professionals engaged by Uniryze
  • Instructor advice is wellness guidance, not medical advice
  • Any concerns about instructor conduct should be reported to us immediately at hello@uniryze.com
  • Uniryze will investigate all reported concerns and take appropriate action

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uniryze shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Any health outcomes or physical injuries arising from participation in our programs
  • Any actions or omissions of third-party instructors or service providers
  • Any technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uniryze, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Platform or Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Any inaccurate or false information you provide to us

11. Privacy

Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at uniryze.com/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without liability.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, instructors, or Uniryze.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration in Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by Uniryze. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
